SAP Foreign Trade Consultant

Ideal candidate:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration;
• At least 2 years professional experience in and SAP SAP-SD and/or SAP-PP Modules, ideally with SAP S/4;
• A plus: knowledge about Foreign Trade / Customs processes;
• SAP-GTS background preferable (if required, training program to build up SAP-GTS knowledge available);
• English is fluent, and you are confident in business communication in English (German is an asset but not a must-have);
• Open minded and communicative, being able to work in international teams / team player;
• Professional experience within multinational enterprise;
• Commitment to continuous learning and to global travel up to 30%;
• Attitude to work shows a high degree of independence as well as good customer orientation.

job main tasks:

• Collaborate closely with STIHL SAP project team to design, develop and implement new business requirements for Foreign Trade / Customs in SAP S/4 HANA;
• Lead all aspects of maintenance and development backlog, prioritize based on business criticality;
• Transform requirements into IT system requirements / User Stories;
• Provide oversight and validation of all system configurations and changes;
• Support Service Manager by supervising IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures & standards;
• Implement, design and document new and existing IT operational processes as well as perform individual coaching and trainings for business users.
